Netflix fans have been left gobsmacked after discovering a simple way to search for their favourite genre.
Over the past few years, true crime dramas and documentaries have been hugely successful - from Jeffrey Dahmer to Ted Bundy. Getting inside the minds of serial killers has proved to be a popular pastime for viewers.
And to help cut out the amount of time spent aimlessly scrolling for your next watch, one eagle-eyed fan has shared a way to easily bring up all the true crime content that Netflix has to offer - and it works for other popular genres too.
The hack was posted to TikTok, in a video that has racked up over 2.9 million views since it was uploaded, LadBible reports.
The video explains that if you search for '9875', Netflix shows you every single crime documentary available to watch on the streaming site.
"It works. Best way to find True crime on Netflix," one viewer commented.
Another said: "I didn't think this would work this is really cool thank you."
The only slight issue with the secret feature is that some viewers were reporting rather inconsistent and pretty frightening results.
" Peppa Pig also came up," one user wrote, while someone else also added: "I did it and Shrek Forever After came up."
