Netflix's Haunting of Bly Manor so chilling that terrified viewers 'can't sleep'

Netflix's new horror series The Haunting Of Bly Manor has left some viewers so terrified that they can't sleep.

The nine-episode show, that was only released on the streaming platform on Friday, appears to have been well received by eager fans who have binge-watched the series.

Following on from the Haunting of Hill House, the second series stars Victoria Pedretti and Rahul Kohli and is inspired by the Gothic novel The Turn of the Screw by Henry James.

Set in the late 1980s, the plot follows the story of a young nanny that has been hired by Henry Wingrave to look after his orphaned niece and nephew.

Many fans have already expressed their approval of the chilling scenes.

"i would like to formally apologise to my future self as I am now going to watch the haunting of bly manor, and undoubtedly regret it later on when i can't sleep," wrote a third.

Whereas the chilling anthology is not as scary as The Haunting Of Hill House, the spooky scenes are sure to be a massive hit for Netflix.
