Netflix's latest hit series is already shaping up to be one of the most popular of the year.
The comedy drama set in based on Julia Quinn's novels quickly became a major talking point as viewers flocked to the period piece.
It is predicted to be watched by 63 million people across its first four weeks since the release.
It follows the well-to-do Bridgerton family — a widow and her eight, alphabetically named children — as they navigate Regency era English society.
And as you would expect it is full all the drama and spectacle that comes with period dramas.
Viewers have lauded the show for its sharp writing, great comedy, interesting plot lines character development and diverse cast.
But another talking part is the show's racy sex scenes which have dominated talk on social media since the show's release.
There has been so much talk about the raunchy content that Netflix Ireland has even acknowledged this issuing a warning to Irish a viewers about one particular episode.
The bio of the Netflix Ireland Twitter account now reads: PSA: Don't watch @bridgerton ep 6 with your mum.
It comes after Irish star Nicola Coughlan refused to watch parts of the same Bridgerton episode with her mum because of the sex scenes.
Episode six in particular features many raunchy moments including some for Penelope Featherington who is played by Galway actress Nicola Coughlan.
She explained that she skipped through many parts of the episode to avoid awkwardness with her mother.
Nicola tweeted: "I refused to watch it with my mum and she insisted so I fast forwarded all the sexy bits and at the end she said 'That episode was very short'.
The series is available to stream now on Netflix, with a second series said to be on the cards.
