Netflix, golf and cutting hair - Inside Everton defender’s lockdown lifestyle

Everton defender Michael Keane has given a full breakdown of his daily routine while in lockdown.

The Blues squad are currently following government advice and are staying at home, completing specific workout plans from the club and only going out for necessary essentials or activities.

Finch Farm was closed last month as the coronavirus pandemic spread across the country, with Premier League football currently suspended for the foreseeable future.

Players have been active on their own and the club's social media channels across the last few weeks to keep interaction with supporters as high as possible.

And, in the latest effort on that front, Keane has given fans a look at what his daily routine in isolation consists of.

Among the expected home workouts the Everton defender also shows off his golf skills, playing in his garden with his dog and his attempt at cutting his little brother's hair.

The centre-back also enjoys some down-time playing video games with his friends - but admits he certainly isn't the best cook!

Everton's Blue Family project has also seen the club and charity introduce a referral form enabling fans and the wider public to refer people they believe might need a friendly voice to speak to at this difficult time.

Watch the full video diary from Keane at the top of this article.
