A number of Netflix users across the Uk have reported being unable to watch the streaming video platform this morning.
Users have taken to social media to share images of an error screen.
The streaming service said it is investigating after film fans reported outages.
Several shared pictures of their screens on Twitter, complaining they could not watch their favourite shows.
Responding to a customer, the service wrote on Twitter: "We are investigating the issue at the moment."
Website Down Detector, which monitors service outages, shows more than 1,500 people reported issues shortly after 10am today.
Some say ther are getting an error screen, others are getting the rror code NSES-500.
