In a week that sees Hollywood acknowledge the best films of the year at the Academy Awards, film fans will also be treated to some new gems and beloved favourites.
As always, the online streaming giant has lined up a cracking selection in May with zombie epic Army of the Dead and the highly-anticipated thriller The Woman In The Window leading the way,
In Army of the Dead, Zack Snyder returns to the genre in a horror epic that's bound to build on his previous work in the excellent remake of Dawn of the Dead.
The synopsis states: "Following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, a group of mercenaries take the ultimate gamble, venturing into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted."
Elsewhere, fans of the murder-mystery genre are bound to get a kick out of The Woman in the Window, the adaptation of the best-selling book.
Amy Adams, Gary Oldman and Anthony Mackie star in the story about an agoraphobic woman that's living alone in New York who begins spying on her new neighbours, only to witness a disturbing act of violence.
Meanwhile, football fans will definitely be watching Baggio: The Divine Ponytail, a feature-length film about the gifted Italian striker who was loved by fans around the world.
Elsewhere, Netflix is adding a lovely mix of Oscar winners, comedy classics, comic-book heroes, thrillers, sci-fi, and war films.
