Artists Saul Williams and Anisia Uzeyman have joined forces for a musical epic which explores the postcolonial landscape in a futuristic, sci-fi world of limited mineral resources and dreams of a new world order. As "Neptune Frost”" hits cinemas in France, its co-directors tell us more about creating its cyberpunk, neon aesthetic and why the intersex character Neptune has plenty to teach us about narrow definitions and binary categorisations.
