Nelsons boosts its commerce and technology team

East Midlands law firm Nelsons has bolstered its expert commerce and technology team with the addition of a new solicitor.

Aaron Singh, who qualified in 2019, has rejoined the firm having worked at the firm previously as a paralegal in 2017.

He will be specialising in commercial agreements, data protection, e-commerce terms and website contracts. Aaron will also provide corporate support in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company formations and general company administration.

He said: "I am delighted to be back working at such a prominent law firm, whose reputation is ever-growing. Nelsons is an innovative firm that invests in its employees and offers comprehensive development opportunities, which is one of the reasons that attracted me back.

"Going forward, I am excited to continue developing my knowledge and expertise while working with clients in achieving their goals.”

Aaron graduated with a law degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2013, before completing his LPC and LL.M at the University of Law, in London.

In addition, he has also worked at firms in the capital. Aaron recently completed his training contract at Else Solicitors LLP, in Burton-on-Trent, with a general focus on business law.

Nelsons has offices in Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.

Harpreet Sandhu, partner in the commerce and technology team, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Aaron to the team. His skills and attitude will make him a great addition and he will play a key role as we continue to grow this specialist area of law.”
