Neil Lennon turns Celtic's Christmas storyteller as Hoops 'boogie boys' look to save the festive season

Celtic have unveiled their annual Christmas advert - with boss Neil Lennon turning festive storyteller.

The manager takes on the role of narrator as his Hoops stars bid to "save Christmas" in the club's yearly feature.

As always, a host of first-team stars make various cameos but this time it's Ryan Christie and Callum McGregor in the starring roles.

In a reference to the pair's Scotland success last week, Celtic 's "boogie boys" are on a mission to rescue Christmas Eve for fans.

Their journey takes them through the Celtic superstore and back to Parkhead where they're met by skipper Scott Brown.

The clip ends with Brown leading his team down the tunnel, with the distant sound of 60,000 fans lingering in the distance.

Narrator Lennon makes reference to the "tough year for all" as he makes a promise.

The manager said: "We'll score goals as gifts for our girls and boys.

"Give you something to cheer, a time to rejoice."
