Neil Lennon's Rangers shock caught on camera as Celtic manager delivers two-word response

It was a disappointing evening for both Celtic and Rangers, as the Scottish Premiership's big two picked up just a point between them in Wednesday's round of fixtures.

Neil Lennon 's side required a late Tom Rogic strike to dig them out against Livingston, having trailed 2-1 to Scott Robinson's strike for virtually the entire second half.

Rangers had no such luck, however. David Moyo's effort consigned the Ibrox side to another underwhelming domestic defeat, allowing the Hoops to extend their lead at the top to 13 points despite themselves failing to deliver.

But while the rest of us were able to watch the results come in in tandem in mild disbelief, Lennon and the Celtic players didn't have that privilege.

The Hoops boss would have thought they were ceding ground to their rivals - until someone in the dugout told him otherwise.

Footage has emerged on social media of Lennon seemingly being told the result, and the disbelief on his face is palpable.

With the hint of a smile appearing across his lips, the boss appears to ask the question on everyone else's mind. "What?! Hamilton?!"

The fact that even Lennon was incredulous speaks to the surprise nature of the result. Though Rangers have been poor domestically of late, few expected them to fall to defeat to the Premiership's bottom side on home turf.

The fact Celtic dropped points will only add to the frustration, as a Rangers win would have seen them gain two points on their rivals who have been running away from them at breakneck pace.

But it's Celtic who marginally gain as both sides stumble. And though he won't admit it, Lennon must be at least slightly relieved at that fact.
