Neil Lennon returns to Celtic day job as isolating stars pictured getting back to work at Lennoxtown

Neil Lennon has taken back the reins at Celtic and made his presence felt at training.

Lennon and assistant John Kennedy were back to take the reins off of Gavin Strachan as 12 of the 13 isolating stars were put through their paces by the Parkhead boss.

With one more positive case following the trip to the Middle East it wasn't a full house, but it will be a major lift for supporters to see so many familiar faces ahead of the trip to Livingston.

While it remains unclear who the second positive test is for the club, following Christopher Jullien, there was a clear boost in numbers for the club.

After dropping four points since the return from Dubai, the visit to the Tony Macaroni Arena gives the Hoops the chance to cut Rangers lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership.

Leigh Griffiths was looking sharp and will likely be a key figure tomorrow in West Lothian, and Albian Ajeti was also snapped being put through his paces.

It will be good news for Cameron Harper, Mikey Johnston and Tom Rogic who won't have to fill in as a striker against the Lions.

Lennon will have been keep his eye on the goalkeepers with a big decision to make between the sticks with Vasillis Barkas and Scott Bain returning.

Barkas was preferred on derby day against Rangers, and a return for the Greece cap could be on the cards despite Conor Hazard holding the fort against Hibs and Livi.

Scott Brown said at the club's press conference today that he was full focused on his football after the self isolation, and the skipper looked to have drowned out the outside criticism as he got back to his day job after the isolation.

The midfielder faces a battle for his place with Ismaila Soro but the veteran admits one of his key aims is to help the youngster as he looks to build up experience in the Hoops.

Shane Duffy was effectively the only experienced centre-back option since the return from Dubai, but the Brighton loanee didn't look assured in the makeshift backline.

It will be interesting to find out if Lennon is planning a shake-up with the return of some star names.

Plenty for the returning gaffer to think about as he knuckles down and targets a revival in form.
