Neil Lennon refused to comment on Celtic's reported offer for Aaron Hickey.
It's claimed the Hoops had tabled a bid for the Hearts rising star, who has been widely linked with a move to Bayern Munich or Bologna.
But Hearts insist they have not been approached by Celtic regarding their prized asset.
Lennon was asked if the Parkhead club were in for Hickey, but he was visibly frustrated at being continually quizzed about transfers rumours at his press conference.
He said: "Stop throwing names at me, I'm just going to keep batting off the questions really, it's not really our policy to be talking about speculation."

Bologna and Bayern are in a two-way fight for Hickey, who is expected to leave Tynecastle this summer.
The Serie A side had a £1.8m accepted for the teenager, but Hickey is still weighing up his options.
A decision on his future is expected imminently and if Celtic are interested in making a move for their former academy prospect, they'll have to be quick about it.
