Neil Lennon makes Christopher Jullien decision as Celtic boss leaves two key stars behind

New signing Christopher Jullien will make his full Celtic debut against Nomme Kalju on Tuesday night.

Neil Lennon's side face a return clash with the Estonian champions after earning a resounding 5-0 advantage in the opening leg at Parkhead last week.

£7million man Jullien has been slowly getting up to speed following his move from Toulouse and his boss is now ready to hand him a start in Tallinn.

"Jullien needs some game time so he will start," said Lennon. "There's a few players we want to get up to match sharpness.

"He's been patient, he's worked very hard, he's had a couple of bounce games and he's ready to play now."

Lennon revealed Callum McGregor and James Forrest have not travelled in order to give them a rest ahead of Saturday's Premiership opener against St Johnstone.

The Premiership champions have also confirmed the Kalju clash will be shown live on Celtic TV.

They dropped a heavy hint earlier on Monday that the match would be broadcast on the official club channel, but were prohibited from making an announcement by UEFA rules.

Subscribers will now be able to take in all the action, with kick-off in Estonia at 6pm.

For those who can't watch on Celtic TV, Record Sport Online will be providing full coverage.
