Neil Lennon admits he's never seen Moi Elyounoussi have a better game as he urged the winger to deliver every week.
The on-loan Southampton man scored twice in a Europa League draw with Lille, curling one in from range before converting smartly in the box.
And his manager urged him to perform to that level every week as he heaped praised on Elyounoussi.
Lennon raved: "It’s the best I’ve seen him. He was strong and fit. He scored two beauties and was tremendous.
"He just has to get that consistency now. He was a class player tonight and a real catalyst for a very strong performance. I thought he was sublime at times."
That brace gave Celtic a 2-0 lead at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy but the hosts fought back in the second half to earn a point.
Despite throwing away a two-goal lead though the Parkhead boss was impressed with his side's performance.
Lennon said: "We played really well. I’m delighted in how we approached the game.
"There were some great performances and it was a great point which keeps us alive in the group.
"The players played with great belief tonight. We need to win our home games now. Milan and Lille play back to back so it’s important we take as many points as we can off Sparta Prague in these next two games."
Scott Bain started ahead of Vasilis Barkas for the second game in a row, with the goalkeeper saving Jonathan David's first half penalty.
Lennon said: "I was delighted with Scott, I thought he was excellent.
"We felt aggrieved with the decision but he made a great penalty save, couple of good saves and he handled everything well."
