Alex Neil is favourite to take over as manager of Salford City - with Neil Lennon and Derek McInnes also among the bookies frontrunners.
Salford - owned by Manchester United legends including Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes - are hunting for their FIFTH manager in six months after Gary Bowyer confirmed he is returning to Derby County following his temporary spell in charge of the League 2 outfit.
Neil, who was axed by Preston North End last month, is 4/1 to take on the role while recent Portsmouth boss Kenny Jackett is in the running alongside Salford's development squad manager, Warren Joyce, with the pair priced at 6/1.
But Lennon - who left Celtic in February after a disastrous season - is a dark horse to return to management with The Ammies at 14/1.
Back in March he said he was keen on a swift return to the dug out and that he'd "get the itch sooner or later".
McInnes - who left Aberdeen in March after eight years in charge - is priced at 10/1 in the Betvictor odds.

And Celtic-linked Roy Keane is also 10/1 with the bookmaker.
Elsewhere and former Cardiff City manager Neil Harris is being considered at 8/1, whilst Chris Coleman is a contender at 12/1.
Salford finished eighth in League Two - missing out on a play-off spot by two points.
Motherwell boss Graham Alexander began the season in charge but was controversially axed in October despite beginning the season unbeaten and with the club sitting fifth.
Since then Paul Scholes, Richie Wellens and Bowyer have had spells in the Salford hotseat.
