MSP Neil Findlay has encouraged people in West Lothian with pets to look over new advice during the coronavirus crisis.
The Canine and Feline Sector Group (CFSG) has issued the advice for pet owners during the pandemic.
The advice covers how pet owners can protect themselves and their animals during the pandemic, in addition to reiterating the need for social distancing when walking their dog.
For many worried pet owners, some who may need to self-isolate, this advice is invaluable.
Neil Findlay MSP said: “The CFSG has issued invaluable advice that will address many worries that pet owners have during this very worrying time.
“I would encourage any of my constituents with pets to look over this advice in order to keep themselves and their animals safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
