A group of Nottinghamshire neighbours are celebrating after they won £1,000 each thanks to their postcode.
Three people in Cragmoor Road, Burton Joyce, netted the windfall when their NG14 5AR postcode was selected as the daily prize winner for People's Postcode Lottery.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his well-wishes to the winners. He said: "What amazing news to receive at this time of year, congratulations to our winners in Burton Joyce! I’m sure they’ll enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to something special."
A minimum of 32 percent of ticket sales go directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
This draw was promoted by Theirworld which has received over £7.3 million in funding from the players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
