A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly trying to throw his girlfriend from a tower block balcony.
Moments after the failed attempt he was caught on camera trying to jump from the 11th floor before being rescued by a heroic neighbour.
The heart-stopping video shows the shocking incident which saw a man jump from height before being grabbed by the hero and dragged back over the ledge to safety.
A video was shared online of the sequence of events which happened at a tower block in Stavropol in Russia.
Police officials claim the man tried to throw himself from the building after an argument with his girlfriend.
The man had reportedly tried to throw his partner over the edge - which is a 120ft drop - and injured her in the process.
In a short clip, the man can be clinging to the boyfriend who was seconds away from death, before summoning all his strength to lift him back to safety.

The boyfriend was pinned to the ground and kept there until police arrived where he was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The woman was rushed to hospital following the harrowing ordeal where her condition remains unknown.
The boyfriend has also been accused of using foul language and resisting police officers.
Police have not released the name of the man or the hero who saved his life.
