Does Nectar offer free shipping?
Regardless of what’s in your order, shipping is free within the contiguous United States and should arrive within 3 - 10 business days. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, however, additional shipping costs of $150 per large item which will be applied at the checkout, and there may be some delays to shipping.
Does Nectar Sleep offer a military discount?
Military personnel, including active and retired members of the US military, veterans, military spouses, and registered dependents, can get 5% off their orders by verifying their status through the Nectar Sleep website.
Simply head to the discount portal page, provide your details, and you'll be sent a code to use at the checkout once your info has been verified by the Nectar team. Note that these codes cannot be stacked with any other promotions.
Does Nectar offer warranties?
Yes, Nectar offers a Forever Warranty on its mattress, protecting you against manufacturer faults or defects. If you experience an issue with your mattress within the first 10 years of ownership, you'll be entitled to have Nectar collect and either repair or replace it at no cost. Warranty claims after 10 years are still repaired or replaced free, but you will need to pay a $50 for transportation of your old model.
Other products, such as bedding and furniture (namely bed frames) are covered by 1-year and 2-year warranties respectively. In both cases, you are entitled to request repairs or replacements within the agreed timeframes in the event of faults, but Nectar may charge a $50 shipping for these claims.
What is the Nectar returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return any mattresses within 365 days of receiving it thanks to the Nectar 365-night trial. However, items must be kept for at least 30 days before they can be returned.
If you're looking to return another Nectar product, bed frames or other furniture can be returned up to 60 days after purchase, whilst the return period for bedding is 30 days (so long as they're unopened). To start a return, you’ll need to contact Nectar customer care. The brand will arrange collection and cover the cost of shipping.

Know someone who’s looking for a new mattress? Through the Nectar ‘Refer a friend’ scheme, your friend will receive $100 off a mattress and you’ll get a $100 Amazon Gift Card as a thank you.
All you have to do is enter your email address on the ‘Refer a friend’ page to generate your personal link. Send this link to your friends and get them to use it when purchasing their mattress.
Get a professional discount
It's not just military personnel who can get 5% off their Nectar orders by verifying their status - the brand also offers savings to first responders and healthcare professionals. These include law enforcement officers emergency medical teams, paramedics and firefighters, as well as doctors, dentists, nurses, medical technicians, pharmacists and more. As with the military discount, you just need to provide some details to confirm your status and receive your code.
How to use Nectar coupon codes
- Choose one of the latest Nectar promo codes you want to use from the list above.
- Click "Get Code" to reveal it in a new tab, then copy it to your clipboard for later.
- Head back to your old tab to arrive at the Nectar website and start shopping.
- Add your chosen products to the cart as you go before heading to the checkout when you're ready to order.
- On the right side of the checkout page and underneath your order, you’ll see a box that says "Enter Coupon Code".
- Enter or paste your code into the box, then hit "Apply".
- Your basket will be updated with the new discounted price and you can proceed with your order.
