Neco Williams has vowed to console Ethan Ampadu after his own red card pain earlier this month.
Liverpool wing-back Williams was sent off in the 26th minute at 0-0 in Wales' 3-0 friendly loss to France for a controversial handball.
The ace has now pledged to support Ampadu, 20, who saw red in the 1-0 defeat to Italy in Rome on Sunday for a lunge on Federico Bernardeschi.
Wales still finished second in Group A and are into the last 16 in Amsterdam against Denmark on Saturday but Ampadu will be suspended.
Liverpool ace Williams, 20, who has 13 caps, said: “I know especially how tough it is.
“I got sent off against France for a handball – no comment on that.
“I do know how tough it is and it is going to be tough for Ethan.
“I think a few of the lads said the sending off could have been a bit harsh.
“But we will all get behind him and give him the best support we can.
“We all know 100% he will come back stronger.
“The first thing we did after the final whistle was we brought Ethan on the pitch.
“He came and clapped the fans and was with us again.
“We are always going to support Ethan.”
Despite losing Ampadu in the 55th minute at 1-0 in Rome, Wales did not concede again and progressed on goal difference.
Williams added: “We have come second in the group and qualified , you can't really ask for more.
“I am buzzing and we can't wait for the game in Amsterdam now.
“It was unlucky we went down to 10 men but we still put a shift in and we kept going until the end.
“I think the spirit we have in this team we are all just looking forward to the game in Amsterdam now”
