Ndamukong Suh has been busy in the offseason. First, he signed with the Tampa Bay Bucs. Then, he headed for France, where he proposed in style.
Suh dropped to his knee and popped the question to Katya Leick at five-star restaurant La Grande Maison in Bordeaux, France. The couple then went to Roland Garros on Monday to watch the French Open, featuring 11-time champion Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams.
“He’s an amazing athlete, the change of direction, the ability to get from side to side of the court and hit those amazing shots… it seems to be easy for him,” Suh said, after watching Nadal dispatch Yannick Hanfmann.
“I am a huge fan of hers, she sent my mom a Mother’s Day gift… she’s been tremendous to my family,” Suh said.
