A few days ago, it was reported that Aryan Khan had said in a counselling session by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) that he will make amends in the future and make the NCB ‘proud’. When ETimes spoke to NCN's Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede, he confirmed this development stating Aryan did say he would make him proud by doing something for the nation. But Wankhede also stated, “It is not just person we counsel. We look to reform all those misguided by drugs and motivate them to go out and do good for the nation. This exercise of ours has yielded results. And there has even been a celebrated person who has gone out and is serving people of Bandra.”

Wankhede also revealed that the NCB also brings in spiritual guidance for the accused depending on their beliefs. He said, “Our aim is to motivate them towards working for national service, to reform and rehabilitate them in the mainstream of the society.”
Yesterday, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) minister Nawab Malik demanded the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to prove the claims made by unnamed officials that Aryan Khan had expressed 'remorse' at his behaviour while in the Arthur Road Jail.
In his statement Malik asked questions like ‘When did Aryan say this?’ and ‘Did the NCB team go to the Arthur Road jail?’. He further stated that the NCB must produce video evidence of the said counselling session. In firm words he also alleged that the NCB was planting fake stories.
