NBL's Kings hopeful on Glover ACL injury

The injury-hit Sydney Kings are taking are wait-and-see approach with luckless young shooter Angus Glover after he was diagnosed with a partial ACL sprain in his right knee.

The NBL club said they will monitor the 22-year-old's progress and expect to provide another update about his rehabilitation and medical plan in about four weeks.

That can probably be considered good news for Glover, who has undergone three knee reconstruction surgeries in the past after ACL ruptures.

He suffered the latest injury in round two against Cairns Taipans.

The Kings said Brazilian Didi Louzada is expected to be unavailable for four weeks due to an ankle sprain suffered against the Brisbane Bullets in round three.

They are still without leading lights Xavier Cooks (foot) and Daniel Kickert (ankle), who have yet to play this season, and expect to provide an update on them in the next two weeks.
