NBA Twitter reacts to Warriors improving to league-best 17-2 record with win vs. Trail Blazers, 118-103

Despite missing players like Andre Iguodala, Damion Lee, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody, the Golden State Warriors secured their sixth consecutive win with a victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Following an explosive 16-2 run to end the first half, the Warriors surged to a 118-103 win against the Trail Blazers. All five of Golden State’s starters tallied double-figures in scoring.

Steph Curry led the Warriors with a game-high 32 points on 12-of-25 shooting from the field with eight assists and seven boards. Golden State’s MVP candidate drilled six triples on 15 attempts from beyond the arc.

Andrew Wiggins followed his teammates with another impressive performance, scoring 25 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the floor.

Led by Draymond Green, the Warriors’ defense didn’t allow an individual member of the Trail Blazers to reach 20 points. Anfernee Simons led the Trail Blazers with 19 points on 7-of-13 shooting in 29 minutes off the bench. With 16 points, the Warriors held Damian Lillard to his lowest-scoring performance in his last nine games.

After the Warriors improved to a league-best 17-2 record, the NBA community on Twitter chimed in with different reactions. Below is a look at what fans and analysts were saying about Golden State’s performance on Friday night.
