NBA Twitter reacts to Warriors blowing another late lead in loss vs. Clippers

For the second time this week, the Golden State Warriors were dealt a heartbreaking loss on the road in the final seconds after blowing a double-digit lead in the second half.

After falling to the Sacramento Kings on a last second bucket from Malik Monk on Tuesday, it was Paul George’s turn to deliver a dagger against the Warriors.

Following a first half offensive surge from Draymond Green and Steph Curry, the Warriors captured a 19-point heading into halftime against the Clippers. However, the Warriors’ late game struggles appeared once again.

After the Warriors failed to put the Clippers away, George made them pay. With the Warriors desperately clinging to a two-point lead with under 10 seconds remaining, George pulled up from beyond the arc and drilled a stunning 3-pointer to give the Clippers their first lead of the game when it mattered most.

With time ticking down on the other side of the floor, Green’s last second 3-pointer from the corner couldn’t connect as the Warriors fell to the Clippers in Los Angeles, 113-112.

Curry, Green and Moses Moody all finished with over 20 points, but it wasn’t enough as the Warriors dropped to 9-11 on the season.

After the Warriors blew another late lead in their tough loss to the Clippers, the NBA community on Twitter weighed in with reactions. Here’s a look at what fans and analysts were saying on social media on Saturday.
