NBA Twitter reacts to Steph Curry cooking Dillon Brooks on way to Warriors’ win vs. Rockets

After the San Francisco 49ers dropped their third straight game with a loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors came to the rescue for Bay Area sports fans on Sunday.

Curry tallied a game-high 24 points on 6-of-16 shooting from the field to go along with seven rebounds and six assists in Golden State’s 106-95 win over the Houston Rockets on Sunday evening.

With the game close, the former two-time MVP went ballistic in the fourth quarter, with four consecutive made 3-pointers on four straight possessions. During his signature “Curry flurry,” the Warriors’ sharpshooter had a highlight reel moment that will be replayed across the sports world throughout the week.

Familiar foe Dillon Brooks attempted to slow down Curry, and No. 30 made him pay on the way to a must-see jumper. Curry shook free from Brooks with a slick crossover. Brooks attempted to recover with a block attempt, but Curry simply pump faked on the way to a wide open triple.

After cooking Brooks on the offensive end, Curry had an animated reaction while jogging back to the other side of the court.
