NBA Twitter reacts to Kings forcing Game 7 with dominant win over Warriors in Game 6, 118-99

With the chance to close out the Sacramento Kings at San Francisco’s Chase Center and advance to the next round of the playoffs, the defending champs struggled.

Sloppy turnovers, ice-cold shooting from deep and quiet performances from key players marred any chance of the Warriors closing out the Kings in Game 6 on Friday night. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson were the only members of the Warriors to score 20 or more points. Andrew Wiggins was the only other player to score in double-figures for Golden State.

While the Warriors struggled to create any momentum, the Kings took advantage.

De’Aaron Fox and Malik Monk combined for 54 points on the way to forcing a Game 7 with a win in Game 6 on the road, 118-99.

With a loss in Game 6, the Warriors will have to travel back to Golden 1 Center in Sacramento on Sunday in a win or go home Game 7.

Following the Warriors’ rough performance in Game 6, the NBA community on Twitter exploded with different reactions. Here’s a look at what fans and analysts were saying on Friday night.
