NBA Twitter in awe of LeBron James’ third-quarter dominance vs. Magic

LeBron James pulled all the strings to lead the Los Angeles Lakers in a double-digit win over the Orlando Magic.

Anthony Davis has missed two consecutive games due to knee soreness, so James has shouldered a larger role on both ends of the floor. The Lakers have needed him to play center more often to help neutralize Davis’ absence while also making plays from the post on offense.

James did all that and more in the 106-94 win. He posted his second triple-double (30 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists vs. Orlando) in three games and has six 30-point games in his last eight.

The soon-to-be 37-year-old forward, in particular, shined in the third quarter and propelled a 23-0 run because of his two-way dominance.
