Sporting icon LeBron James has made a bold claim about Liverpool fans.
The LA Lakers superstar holds a two per cent stake in the Anfield club, and shared a message with supporters after Jurgen Klopp's team finished Premier League runners-up after an enthralling title race with Manchester City.
A 2-0 win over Wolves wasn't enough to see the Reds overthrow Pep Guardiola's side who defeated Brighton 4-1 on the final day.
LeBron's message was in reaction to the adorable video of Mohamed Salah's daughter scoring at the Kop end on Sunday.
In a post to Twitter the double Olympic champion shared the viral clip and said: "Adorable!! The best fútbol fans in the WORLD."

The legendary athlete is one of the most followed people on social media, with 42.6million Twitter followers.
And this is the second time in a week the 34-year-old has shown his love for Liverpool.
Following the Reds' sensational comeback victory over Barcelona last week Lebron excitedly wrote: "AMAZING NIGHT FOR THE REDS. WOW!!"
