Tuesday, January 26th marks the one-year anniversary of the tragic helicopter accident that claimed the lives of five people, including Lakers icon Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, and the sports world is still mourning the loss of an all-time legend and a bright young star.
One year later, NBA players and other sports stars paid tribute to the memory of Kobe and Gianna Bryant on social media, from those they touched inside the Lakers organization like Magic Johnson, or Kobe’s close friend and former teammate Pau Gasol, to outside admirers like Alex Rodriguez and Billie Jean King.
