It seems like everybody is taking a shot at the Oklahoma City Thunder these days.
After former Oklahoma City guard Kevin Durant bashed his old city and team in an interview with The Washington Post Magazine (and spent most of the day responding on Twitter to fans who were angry about his comments), the people over at NBA on TNT got in on the action.
The new video that dropped on Twitter Tuesday takes a look at Damian Lillard’s series-ending shot over the Thunder and the monumental impact it has had on Oklahoma City and the NBA as a whole.
The video ends with Lillard holding up three fingers, like players often do after knocking down a three-pointer. On the tip of each finger are the heads of former Thunder guard Russell Westbrook, former Thunder forward Paul George and current Thunder guard Chris Paul.
Westbrook was traded to Houston in July for Paul and multiple draft picks. The move came just after the Thunder traded George to the Clippers in exchange for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Danilo Gallinari and five first-round draft picks.
Maybe Wednesday will be better.
