NBA, NBPA and 2K Expand Global Partnership With New Multiyear Deal

The NBA, NBPA and 2K have agreed in principle to a new multiyear global partnership expansion, keeping one of the most popular sports gaming franchises firmly connected to the league and its players for years to come. Alongside the main deal, 2K is also set to continue its partnerships with the NBA G League and USA Basketball.

As the partnership evolves, the NBA and Take-Two are also teaming up to launch NBA Take-Two Media, a new entertainment company aimed at bringing fans and players closer together through gaming, storytelling and live events. With a focus on basketball’s influence on culture, the company will explore content that blends gaming with fashion, music, travel and more, working with creators, athletes and fans to shape what comes next.
