Thanks in large part to the award-winning documentary series “The Last Dance,” public opinion has once again leaned to considering Michael Jordan the greatest player of all-time. But at least one of Jordan’s rivals, and one who he still has a lot of beef with, considers LeBron James the greatest to ever play the game.
It’s unclear why Thomas decided Thursday was the day to declare LeBron James the GOAT, considering that the Lakers don’t play again until Friday, but he felt the impetus to put it out on his twitter for everyone to see that LeBron James is the greatest player he’s ever seen.

In his 10th NBA Finals, LeBron James is still playing at an MVP level and he’s all but assured a 4th Finals MVP if the Lakers close out the Finals against the Miami Heat. James has put up monster statistics and his second half in a grueling Game 4 win was exactly what the Lakers needed to take a 3-1 lead in the 2020 NBA Finals.
