NBA fraternity reacts to Steph Curry’s broken left hand injury

Players around the NBA extended their support to Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry, who suffered a broken left hand injury against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.

During the third quarter, Curry drove through the lane and was fouled by Aron Baynes. Curry fell to the floor, and Baynes inadvertently landed on Curry’s wrist.

Los Angeles Clippers guard Pat Beverley said after the Clippers’ game against the Utah Jazz that Curry was in his prayers, per The Athletic’s Jovan Buha.

Beverley also tweeted his support for Curry from his Twitter account:

First off, I wanna say prayers up to Steph, man. I heard he broke his hand today. Been my brother since college. So prayers up to him.

CJ McCollum, Luka Doncic and Jared Dudley also showed support for Curry on Twitter.

Fellow NBA players showing love for Curry displays how close-knit the league is. As the Warriors wait for more information on Curry’s injury, hopefully he has a good and quick recovery.

Willie Cauley-Stein, his teammate, who made his debut on Wednesday night, also sent some well-wishes.

So did veteran Jamal Crawford …

As well as some of the game’s young stars in Jayson Tatum and Devin Booker, whose Suns were playing Curry’s Warriors when calamity struck.
