NBA fans react to Russell Westbrook being traded to the Rockets for Chris Paul

Russell Westbrook will have a new home next season as the Thunder have agreed to trade their star point guard to the Houston Rockets for Chris Paul and two first-round picks, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wow.

This move teams Westbrook up with James Harden once again, as the two were part of a Thunder team that went to the NBA Finals.

This move also sends Paul out of town after there were reports (which the team denied) that he and Harden weren’t getting along at all this season before they lost to the Warriors in the playoffs.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to trade Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets for Chris Paul, first-round picks in 2024 and 2026, pick swaps in 2021 and 2025, league sources tell ESPN.
