Nazeem Hussain is back on the comedy stage with his latest show, Hussain in the Membrane, following a cracker of a year in 2015.
That year, his solo show sold out across Australia and Europe, he received a Helpmann nomination for best comedy, and took home the Logie for most outstanding comedy with his hit SBS show, Legally Brown.
Since his debut at Melbourne International Comedy festival in 2008 as one half of comedy duo Fear of a Brown Planet, he has become a comedy star across TV, stage and radio – albeit one occasionally mistaken for Waleed Aly .
His comedy is clever and confronting, although he was once told that he has the propensity to become radicalised by the Australian secret service.
