Nayan hopes to join IIT

KOLLAM: Nayan Kishore Nair of Mundakkal in Kollam has bagged the third rank in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM) held for the year 2021. Nair, son of businessman Kishore Kumar and teacher Sindhu, scored 915 out of 960 marks.

He was a Plus Two student at TKM Centenary Public School, Karikkode. Speaking to TOI, Nair said he was awaiting the JEE Advance examination results which is expected to be announced on October 15.

“My wish is to join the computer science programme in an IIT,” he said. He has already bagged placement at BITS Pilani. His brother Naveen Kishore Nair is a Class X student at Navdeep Public School, Mukhathala.
