NAVI MUMBAI: Municipal students of School Number 6 in Karave, made a human formation of number '75' at the Jewel of Navi Mumbai site along with the staff of Belapur ward office to celebrate the upcoming 75th Independence Day.
Belapur ward officer, Mitali Sancheti, coordinated with the students. NMMC said many such micro programmes will be held in various ward areas ahead of August 15. "Two days prior to this event, various NMMC firefighters had participated in a marchpast and display of the tricolour at the civic head office in Belapur,'' said a civic official.
