In recent years, the natural wine movement has produced thousands of environmentally-friendly, low-additive wines that celebrate nature and taste delicious. During this unique evening class with wine expert and former sommelier Christopher Cooper, you’ll learn about the different forms of virtuous viticulture – from organic to biodynamic and natural wines. Plus, you’ll take part in tasting sessions that will train your palate and improve your understanding of conscientious winemaking.
This three-hour course is open to people of all abilities and takes place at Ducksoup, a restaurant and natural wine bar in London’s Soho. Whether you’re new to the world of wine or want to expand your knowledge, you’ll leave the class with an in-depth understanding of cutting-edge wine varieties, as well as the satisfaction of being a more informed and ethical consumer.
All wines for the evening are supported by Les Caves de Pyrene
