Nations League semi-finalists confirmed: England, Portugal, Switzerland and Netherlands into last four

Netherlands have joined England, Portugal and Switzerland in the Uefa Nations League semi-finals.

The Dutch needed just a point from their final group game against Germany to secure qualification for the final four.

A defeat would have seen world champions France hold on to win League A Group and progress but Ronald Koeman's side fought back from two goals behind to secure the draw they needed.

England secured their place in next summer’s finals with a 2-1 victory over Croatia on Sunday, with Jesse Lingard and Harry Kane scoring in the final 12 minutes to seal victory.

Portugal topped League A Group 3 ahead of Italy and Poland to book their place, with Switzerland coming from two goals behind to beat Belgium in spectacular fashion on Sunday.

The Nations League finals take place over four days in June. The draw for the semi-final stage takes place on Monday December 3.
