England are gearing up for their second semi-final in less than a year as Gareth Southgate and his Three Lions prepare to take on the Netherlands at the inaugural Nations League finals.

With England topping their group ahead of Croatia and Spain last year, they go into the final four alongside the Dutch, Switzerland and hosts Portugal.

Southgate has already begun working with a limited squad at St. George's Park before being joined by those from Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham after their European campagins finish at club level.
