National Television Awards 2021 nominees full list as ceremony to go ahead in September

The official shortlist for the National Television Awards have been announced - with Ant and Dec in the running for best TV Presenter for the 20th year in a row.

The star-studded event was due to take place on Tuesday, April 20 2021 but was postponed to Thursday, September 9 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and will be hosted for the first time by Joel Dommett.

Can reigning champions Ant and Dec win the award for best TV presenters for the 20th year in a row or will fellow nominees, Holly Willoughby or Bradley Walsh snatch the title?

A brand new category, Authored Documentary, has been added to the list this year and includes a nomination for Kate Garraway: Finding Derek.

The GMB presenter released the heart-breaking documentary in March this year and documented her husband, Derek's long and tough battle with Covid.

Also in the category is Katie Price: Harvey and Me, which is a deeply personal film that followed Katie and her eldest child, Harvey, who has many disabilities in a crucial year in his life as he turned 18 and became an adult.
