The Lotto's striking £12 million jackpot did not go home in the hands of a single winner last night.
It was still a lucky night for one player who became a millionaire after winning the next biggest prize of £1.1million for matching five numbers and the bonus ball.
Saturday's National Lottery jackpot was a 'must be won' jackpot which happens after a lottery rolls over five times.
When no single player wins the jackpot, it is shared by players who matched two or more main numbers, potentially splitting the jackpot between thousands of people.
A total of 96 people won the next prize of £4,327 after matching five of the six numbers, while 7,166 ticket holders pocketed £188 for matching four of six numbers.
The winning Lotto numbers were 25, 39, 13, 31, 14, 37 and the bonus number was 04. Set of balls six and draw machine Arthur were used.
Looking ahead, Wednesday's estimated jackpot is £2 million.
There were also no winners of the Thunderball top prize of £500,000, but four players snagged the next biggest prize of £5,000 after matching five numbers.
The Thunderball numbers were 24, 13, 11, 04, 39 and the Thunderball was 09.
Once again, no one matched all five numbers to win the £350,000 top prize in Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw.
Camelot's Andy Carter, senior winners' adviser at the National Lottery, said: "What fantastic news - a big jackpot rolldown in tonight's whopping £12 million Lotto 'Must Be Won' draw has resulted in a new millionaire being created after one lucky ticketholder matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball.
"More than 1.4 million players also won £5 plus a free Lucky Dip just for matching two main numbers.
"As no ticketholder won the jackpot, the prize is shared between all the other winners.
"Players are urged to check their tickets and give us a call if they think they are one of tonight's lucky winners."
