National Lottery numbers for £7.1m jackpot revealed - check YOUR ticket

The numbers have been drawn for tonight's whopping £7.4 million National Lottery jackpot.

Saturday's Lotto numbers are: 3, 5, 6, 15, 41 and 45. The bonus ball is 39.

The Thunderball numbers are: 7, 10, 20, 21, and 27 . The Thunderball is 13.

The top prize goes to whoever matches all six numbers. If there is more than one jackpot winner then the prize is divided to however many winners there are.

The biggest ever Lotto winner was created in April 2016 when an anonymous player banked £35m.

In January 2016 two ticket-holders walked away with £33m each.

Before that, a main Lotto game jackpot of £42,008,610, was drawn in January 1996 and split between three anonymous winners, with each being awarded £14,002,870.

A single ticket won £26.4 million on the New Year's Eve lotto in 2016.

The UK National Lottery was first drawn on November 19, 1994.

Half of all money spent by players goes to the prize fund, with 28 per cent to good causes, 12 per cent to the Government as duty, five per cent to retailers and five per cent to which has operated the lottery throughout its history.

Tonight's draw comes after a couple who scooped £3.6 million on the lottery used their whopping windfall to fund their dreams of becoming professional ghost hunters.

Laura Hoyle, 40, and Kirk Stevens, 38, thought they had won just a fiver when the Set For Life draw was made last March.

Instead, they scooped £10,000 a month for the next 30 years after matching all six numbers.

But it's not just a new house, lavish holidays and fine dining for the Nottingham couple are putting their monthly cash injection towards.

The lucky pair, who were completely unaware they had won the life-changing amount for almost two weeks, have a brand new career path and are using some of their winnings to make it happen.
