Craig Moore insists Rangers don't need to sell another player in January with Nathan Patterson set to leave.
Record Sport understands the full-back has travelled south to undergo a medical and finalise personal terms with at Goodison Park ahead of of a £10million-plus move.
It has kick-started sporting director Ross Wilson's player-trading vision with the former academy kid set to command a bumper transfer fee.

However, Moore believes the sale should be where it ends in the midst of a title fight with Celtic.
The Australian reckons that the cash coming in for the Scotland cap should be enough to balance the books in Govan.
He told The Go Radio Football Show that Wilson and Gio van Bronckhorst should hold fire on selling the likes of Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent or Joe Aribo until at least the end of the season.
Moore said: “Since Giovanni has come into town, Morelos looks like a much happier player and he is back to scoring goals.

“He looks to be in far better condition. I have really enjoyed the turnaround. It was needed for him and the team.
“I think fair play to Giovanni because I would have left him out in the initial stages.
“I think he’ll be staying. And again, because of this potential deal with Nathan Patterson I think Rangers will be in a very strong position on any future transfer.
“There is no need to go to market and sell. It gives them a strong position.
“You don’t want it all happening at once. I think Ross Wilson has done a fantastic job with the manager and in terms of players, but you don’t want it happening all at once.
“Aribo with his performance has been so good, and Kent at some point will go.
“But Rangers are in a good position to keep their squad and potentially add.”
