Scotland boss Steve Clarke has included Nathan Patterson and David Turnbull in his squad for Euro 2020.
The Rangers and Celtic youngsters are both involved in senior set ups for the first time ahead of the summer tournament.
Scotland will face England, Czech Republic and Croatia in the tournament and Clarke has named a very strong 26 man squad.
Turnbull has impressed for Celtic since moving from Motherwell last summer and was named the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year over the weekend.
He netted 10 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops and spoke earlier this week about his dream of playing for Scotland.
He said: “It’s a dream for every young boy growing up with how big of an opportunity is to go and play for your country. To go and be able to do that would be amazing for me and all my family.”
Patterson is also included despite playing just 14 games for Rangers this season.
The right back impressed while filling in for James Tavernier but missed the last four matches of the season after being suspended for breaching Covid rules.
But Clarke has decided to include him as part of his 26 man squad as competition for Stephen O'Donnell at right back.
