Natasha Hamilton shows off before and after results of her extreme 30-day detox in skimpy pink bikini

Former Atomic Kitten singer Natasha Hamilton has been showing off the results of her extreme 30-day detox.

The mum-of-four posted a snap on her Instagram account, showing off her new trim figure in a skimpy pink bikini.

Natasha, 36, who has been overhauling her diet, said she has beaten her 'tummy bloat nemesis' by cutting out processed foods, including sugar and alcohol.

She said: "I wasn’t brave enough to don the bikini 30 days ago, I even wore my tightest gym pants for the picture to give me a bit more support.

"As you can see, my tummy bloat was my nemesis, I just couldn’t get rid no matter what.

"I was always hungry, snacking on rubbish, tired all the time and my sleep patterns were terrible. I was anxious and had low mood all the time.

"I am so happy with my results and the new healthier me."

Natasha is on the Arabonne diet which uses the first month to cleanse, change your eating habits and jump start weightloss.

The detox is a combination of protein shakes and healthy meals, while cutting out alcohol, sugar and sweeteners, coffee, wheat and dairy - there is no eating after 7pm.

Her intensive month was coupled with her gruelling training - one of her favourites being resistance bands.

Now an Arabonne ambassador , she said: "I absolutely love doing because it not only tones but increases your stamina too.

"Resistance bands are incredibly simple, but they're also extremely effective at working your muscles."
