iRacing recently announced that NASCAR 25 will release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 14 with a PC version arriving later on Steam, but a specific date has yet to be confirmed.
This marks the first standalone NASCAR console game developed by iRacing, the team known for delivering one of the most authentic motorsport racing simulations in the world. The project brings together decades of racing game experience, including contributions from developers who previously worked on well-regarded titles like NASCAR Racing 2003, NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona and entries from the NASCAR Thunder series.
The NASCAR 25 driver roster is being rolled out gradually with the ARCA Menards Series, Craftsman Truck Series and Xfinity Series recently unveiled.
For the first time in a NASCAR console game, the ARCA Menards Series will be included, serving as the starting point in Career Mode. Players can begin their journey here, competing across the national tour, East Series and West Series before climbing the ranks toward a NASCAR championship.
The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, which has been running full seasons since 1995, brings together an interesting mix of up-and-coming talent, seasoned NASCAR veterans and current Cup Series drivers seeking more track time. NASCAR 25 captures that blend with one of its most varied rosters.
As the final stop before the Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series is known for delivering some of the sport’s most thrilling racing. In NASCAR 25, players will compete against the next generation of stock car stars while also going wheel-to-wheel with select top-tier Cup drivers making additional appearances.

Career Mode will put players in control of their own path, allowing them to customize drivers and vehicles, handle contracts, manage finances, upgrade facilities and make key strategic decisions both on and off the track. All four series will also be available in quick races, full seasons and online multiplayer.
