Italian cooking brand Napolina has launched a brand new range of frozen pasta and sauces.
The new range includes ten frozen products and is exclusively available at Iceland supermarkets across the country.
Customers can choose from penne and spaghetti, as well as four varieties of filled pasta: spinach and ricotta tortellini, prosciutto cappelletti, five cheese tortellini and mushroom ravioli. All of the products can be cooked straight from frozen - perfect for those who are craving for Italian food whilst stuck indoors during lockdown.
The four sauces in the range include amatriciana, tomato and mascarpone, tomato and basil and green pesto. These have all been separated into small portions to help cut down on food waste.
The filled pastas are priced at £1.75, while the penne, spaghetti and pasta sauces retail at £1.50.
Neil Brownbill, commercial director for Napolina said: “This is our first move into non-ambient territory and it’s driven by our continued innovation within Italian, as well as our longer-term ambition to further expand our range into the chilled category.
“The new frozen pasta range gives consumers the opportunity to create convenient, authentic Italian cuisine as part of a home-cooking experience. With a wide range of products, consumers can create a number of varied recipes that suit the whole family.”

The new products cost £4.50 and are available at major supermarket chains Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
