Napoli have included Allan on a list of players who will be training with the squad this week - despite Everton closing in a move for the midfielder.
The Blues are close to agreeing a £22m deal for the Brazilian but the Serie A side have today named him in their revised squad for the club's training camp in Castel di Sangio.
A statement on the Napoli website has confirmed that following the departure of 13 players for international duty, the following names will continue to work with manager Gennaro Gattuso until, at least, September 4.
"After the departure of 13 players from the Castel di Sangro retreat for the call-up to their respective national teams, the Napoli squad will be integrated by Primavera players," the statement read.
"This is the list of the Azzurri who will be in training in Abruzzo until 4 September.

Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti has made Allan a priority target this summer and lengthy talks between the Blues and Napoli are moving towards a conclusion with a £22m deal close to being agreed.
